A Half Hog is the perfect option for families looking to stock their freezer with premium farm-raised pork without committing to a full hog. You'll receive a wide variety of cuts from one side of the animal, providing excellent value and a steady supply of high-quality pork.

How It Works

1. Place a $200 deposit to reserve your half.
2. We will contact you when your hog is scheduled for processing.
3. You'll complete a cut sheet to customize your order.
4. The remaining balance is calculated using the hanging weight of the animal at $4.00 per pound.
5. Processing fees are paid directly to the processor unless otherwise specified.
